FEHINFEI ILLUSTRATION
THE GENERAL PROCESS:
1. Submit an inquiry through the contact page or send me an email and briefly describe what visual(s) you need, when you would need them by, what you intend to use them in, your audience, etc.
2. I review and send any follow-up/clarifying questions that I may have and/or schedule a call. Depending on the inquiry submitted and the general or specific date that you need the final visual(s) by, we might need to discuss and agree on a compromise that makes sense for the project and your needs.
3. After the call or email correspondence and we both determine that we are aligned, you will receive an estimate and additional materials that outline the project we agreed on, including a brief agreement form, general timeline of check-in and delivery dates, and a list of reference materials that I may need from you.
4. Research & design happens on my end. Once I have received the agreement form, partial payment, and reference materials, I will continue background research, style development and sketches. Sketches, outlines and/or storyboards are presented, finalized and approved before final is started.
5. Work in progress. Work on final begins. You will be updated at regular pre-determined intervals (number may vary on project complexity and timeline). Revisions are implemented if they are determined to be feasible to complete in the timeline.

6. Final delivery. Once the final work is approved, you will be sent the final(s) via email* or access link* that you can download for your use. *Currently comparing file storage and sharing options.
